We hope that you and yours are staying safe and well.  We are doing our best to be here for our members during these trying times.  Due to the national COVID-19 pandemic, the UP-Center building has been on lockdown and could continue to be so for the foreseeable future.

Please know that we have multiple options available for you to manage your money!  We are in the office taking emails, calls, and processing mailed-in payments/deposits.

 

Withdrawals: 

  • ATM withdrawal with a debit card – Use a MoneyPass ATM for a FREE withdrawal (go online or call for assistance finding one).
  • No Debit card – You are welcome to go to a Shared Branch and make a cash withdrawal (typically $2,000.00 max amount).
  • Check Withdrawal – At a Shared Branch, you can also request a CHECK for a small fee (fee depends on the institution, typically around ~$6.00 or less).
  • Mailed Check – Feel free to call and have us print and mail you a Cashier’s check or a Money Order from your Streamliner account (ask about fees when you call).

Deposits:

  • Mail it to us: 1400 Douglas St. MS0040 Omaha, NE  68179
  • RDC: Remote deposit capture checks < $1,500.00 using our MOBILE APP
  • You can take your check to a Shared Branch, a 5-day hold will be placed on the check
  • On special occasions, with an appointment curb-side DEPOSIT is available

Online Banking:

  • Can use your ONLINE BANKING to make transfers between your Streamliner accounts or even make a loan payment at your leisure.
  • Can link an account at ANOTHER institution to the one at UP Streamliner for an Account to Account (A2A) transfer (***Set up requires: Account #, Routing #, type of and name on other the account).
  • Can view Loan balance/payment as well as Pay/Manage your Credit Card.
  • View Account:  History, balances, download, and print past statements.
  • Request an Address Change, set up automatic transfers and Notifications.
  • A multiplicity of theme colors are available for a better view for you!
