Our office lobby at the Union Pacific Center is open for walk-in transactions daily from 10 AM to 2 PM or by appointment. We ask that all visitors comply with all current Union Pacific policies regarding COVID-19.
We wanted to remind you of all the ways you can access your account with Union Pacific Streamliner Federal Credit Union. If you ever have any questions, we are available Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or Saturday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You always have access to your accounts via online banking/HOMEBRANCH or MOBILEBRANCH via our mobile app.
You can also utilize one of the many shared-branching partners to conduct in-person cash services. Please scroll down for all the resources available for you.

Shared Branch Network.
Get a cash withdrawal (usually up to $2,000) from thousands of partner credit unions participating in the Shared Branch Network. Please check with the individual shared branch for possible service interruptions.

Feel free to call and have us print and mail you a Cashier’s check or a Money Order from your Union Pacific Streamliner account. (Request a check via phone, email or online banking/HOMEBRANCH)

Free Online BillPay
Through our online banking/HOMEBRANCH, you can enroll in our free online bill payment service and pay all your bills quickly and securely.

Make sure you restrict endorse all checks with “FOR DEPOSIT ONLY – ACCOUNT#” We can only deposit checks for primary or joint members on the account. Please give us a call if you have any questions.

Check Deposit via Mobile App
Members how have downloaded our MOBILEBRANCH app for smartphones and tablets can enroll in REMOTE DEPOSIT with will allow them to deposit up to $1,500 a day in checks. It’s a SNAP – literally – take a picture of your check and it is deposited into your account.
Other Ways to Withdrawal/Deposit
Wire Funds from/to your Union Pacific Streamliner accounts
The credit union is able to originate member wires from the credit union and receive wires and any financial institution served by the Federal Reserve System. There is a $30.00 fee for outgoing wires and a $10.00 fee for receiving wires from another financial institution via the Federal Reserve.
Online Account-to-Account (A2A) Transfers
Through online banking/HOMEBRANCH you can link an account at ANOTHER institution to your Union Pacific Streamliner accounts. To set up the A2A via HOMEBRANCH, you will need the Account#, Routing (ABA)#, type of account (Savings/Check), and name on the account. Once your A2A transfer is set up, you can move funds between accounts whenever you need to without additional set-up. Some restrictions apply.
